Suggest Remedy For Itchy Vagina

hi, i am concernesid but to embaressed to go to my doctor about this. i have a very incredibly itchy vagina, outside area, but also on the inner area, and actually inside my vigina. its driving me crazy. i then also have dark discharge that sometimes comes out in black clumps. or runny as blood. it doesnt smell. i have the contraceptive bar in my arm, so i usually dont get my period. just some light spotting occasionally. i am sexually active. but i have only had sex once. and it was protected sex. i hope you can help.
