Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through your history provided to us. It seems from the history that your father who is aged 73 is having memory related problems and lack of sleep. These problems indicate old age related problems like Alzehimer's disease.
Since the investigations also show poor circulation it needs to be corrected accordingly.

Do consult your Geriatric doctor for examination and treatment depending on the underlying cause.

Thank you for writing to us.
