Suggest Remedy For Lightheadedness

I have had a heart attack and then heart failure. I have had a triple bypass and a Dor Procedure. My plood pressure is sometimes a little high but yesterday my blood pressure went down to 87/67 and I felt lightheaded and very tired. should I have gone to the hospital or should I still go. Could this be something telling me something is going to happen? I am sorry. I didn t think I had to pay for asking a question and getting an answer.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really hypotension on three four occasion then this need to be taken seriously because this could be due to the cardiac condition, as such you have a history of heart failure then this need to be taken seriously and better to get done cardiac evaluation, have a nice day.
