Suggest Remedy For Limited Mobility With Torn Ligaments In Foot And Back Pain

My stepdaughter is moving to ft. Mill, sc and is looking for neurologist, rheumatologist, and pain management doctors or a clinic with those drs. She is 44 and has lupus, fibro myalgia, rsd, and is now suffering from limited mobility with torn ligaments in her left foot and has severe pain in her back and joints and other issues. Any suggestions are appreciated.
