Suggest Remedy For Little Holes With Black Spots On The Outside Of Penis
Please I have extra skin below my penis little holes with black spot on its outside and when squeez the tiny black head it comes out with an almost brown stuff , it has being noticed since age 10 when my mummy squeeze to get the stuff out.. Now I m 27 and its counted up to 12 and I see more of it developing out again. It comes out tiny and then after squeezed, it becomes a bit larger. Although not painful, I m not comfortable with it

The complain you have mentioned is most probably a genetic disease known as hypospadiasis, which is probably getting infected again and again. Were you to come to my clinic I would:
1) Examine the penile area and check for infection
2) As the pus is recurring since many years, send the pus sample for culture and sensitivity to find out the causative organism and treatment
3) Once this has been done,deal with the root cause
4) Refer you to a surgeon who would excise the additional skin after taking all the precautions, this is needed as it's getting reinfected repeatedly
