Suggest Remedy For Loose And Extremely Large Vagina

Good morning Doc. I'm 32 ys old.My bf has been brought this up to me lately..my vagina is extremely large and getting more and more loosen up. He is my first man and only one I ever had/have sexual activity with. Our first time was a horrible experience..vaginal laceration. After the surgery he immediately noticed something strange and now after 8 years, things are just going worse and worse. I dont know why and what to do. I tried to do the Kegels but do not seem to work-I actually found it very hard to do .. it seems like I have very little if no strength at all in my pelvic pavement. We both get orgasms but this is becoming a frustration for Him who can't fully get satisfied about the feeling of my vagina. Please help w/opinion/advice/suggestions if you can-I'd greatly appreciate it.Thanks.
