Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion With Abdominal Pain

Hi,I am having some sound in abdomen since a week also loose motion. now , it is uncontrolled also, i get a urge to pass motion and the stools are liquid too.i am passing motion 10 times today, it comes out that there is less stools but many no of times. my age is 28, weight 55 KG

I have gone through your question.

Do you have fever or vomiting?

According to your symptoms mostly you have acute gastroenteritis.

To prevent water loss and electrolytes, you should have ORS solution. ( mix 1 ORS sachets in 1 little of water).

Acute gastroenteritis occur due to contaminated food and water.

You have to go for some blood and stool tests like ( CBC, Stool culture and microscopy)

For abdominal pain you can have tab. Buscopan twice a day after food.

If stool culture comes positive for bacteria or if you have fever, then you should take antibiotics like (tab oflox-TZ twice daily after food)
