Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve had a feeling, not too painful but noticeable when I breath it feel as if it s just under my right pectoral upper and kind of feels as if it goes near my right shoulder just a bit. Any help would be appreciated. Also have had loose stool for last few weeks. Also feel fatigue a bit.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. The history of noticeable pain on breathing in the area just under right pectoral and feeling like going to right shoulder, also have loose stools and fatigue. The history is suggestive of inflammation of lower lung and pleura or the liver and gall bladder area. I would advise you the following: Send the stool for test and if there is infection you need to be started on antibiotic and supportive treatment. Also get the blood tests. Ultrasonography and X-ray chest would help to further get to the accurate diagnosis. If required further tests of CT can and upper GI Endoscopy may be needed. Proper course of an antibiotic, symptomatic and supportive treatment will help. Surgery may be needed if required so.
