My stool comes out runny or loose as if I just had an enema. Yesterday I had to relieve myself 3 times--each time after I ate--and the stool is runny. This has been happening in recent days. I eat lots of fruit and veggies, but I did have a shake the other day, and a smoothie for breakfast. I am a African-American living in Asia for the past 13 years. I am a 51 year old vegetarian with elevated BP and on daily medication. I am 173 centimeters tall and weigh about 85k.
To diagnose this you have to go for stool microscopy and culture, and according to that you can take antibiotics. Serum electrolyte
Till then you can have probiotics like ( tab sporlac 1 tab twice a day after food) and ORS ( to prevent electrolyte imbalance) If there is no fever, no need to take antibiotics. I think I have answered your question, if you have any other question feel free to ask. Thanks

Suggest Remedy For Loose Stools
Hello this is Dr yash I have gone through your question. May I know little more history to diagnose your problem. Do you have fever or vomiting associated with losse stool. If you have fever, mostly this is due to infection. Or associated with vomiting and loose stool, most likely Acute gastroenteritis. To diagnose this you have to go for stool microscopy and culture, and according to that you can take antibiotics.
