hello i want to know how seriously i should take my weight guidelines. i am 6'2" and weigh 18 st. i have been looking on the internet and it says i should be under 14st. i am of a thick build and have found it very hard in the past to get below 17 st. i belive if i were to get down to 14st that i would be very ill. what do you think is best. do i try to get to 14st?

At your height ,an ideal weight would be around 14stone.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day
