Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to various reasons like allergic rhinitis or upper respiratory track infection that has spread to larynx and cause loss of voice . Well i would suggest you to do warm saline gargles , take anti histamine like bendryl and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Also drink plenty of fluid like Luke warm water to keep yourself hydrated and relive swelling of throat . Consult ENT specialist for proper examination and rule out condition like strep throat . . Doctor may order certain test like swab test and culture test .Doctor may give adrenaline short , prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin ) , decongestants along with anti inflammatory .
