My husband is 32 years and has the energy level of a person twice his age. He gets 6 to 7 hours a sleep a night. He works from 6-2:30 each day so he wakes up @ 440. @ 7pm he is taking a nap. He doesn't take vitamins or drink water. His diet is not the best and is around 10-15 pds over weight. His low level of energy adds extra stress to my life

hello madam, thanks for your query on HCM, dont be worried. its quite a normal thing for any person to sleep. the sleeping habits vary from person to person. its not a very abnormal thing for a person to sleep so long. do give him good food let him adopt a very good lifestyle.. things will improve... do give him a balanced diet... do keep him relaxed... things will be fine...
