Suggest Remedy For Low Hung Testicles

hi. i am 20 years old.im sorry for my way of saying it. i dont know if theres a more appropriate term but is it normal for the ball sack to hang really low. I know its normal if one hangs lower then the other but both hang really low. Are there anny natural or medical procedures to tighten it a bit. Also is it normal to be 20 and not be circumcised . most people in the college shower are circumsised and im not and its embaressing. is circumcision painful for a grown up.

Noted your history of low hung ball sac, also called as scrotum.
In some people this may be low lying due to naturally lax sac. This is a skin which has an inbuilt muscle called dartos and it tightens the scrotum in cold weather and relaxes in warm to loosen the temperature to keel the testicles at 2 degree Celsius lower than the normal body temperature which is necessary for normal sperm production.
Hence this may be the same reason that you can correlate.
Have a bath with cold water and see if the sac shrinks or not; if it does, do not worry.
Second question about the circumcision at the age of 20. This is needed only for 2 reason; one for religious in Sunni Muslims and the other is surgery that is needed for phimosis. In this condition the foreskin can not go back on shaft of penis.
