Suggest Remedy For Low Pressure And Dizziness

I practice hot yoga, so a sweat a lot during practice, but lately i am so drained and dizzy after practice that it takes me hours to recover. I also believe that my blood pressure in dropping low. I measured it a few time and it was down in the 90 s. What can i do?

Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! Regardin your problems (dizziness and low blood pressure) it seems that etiological causes are evident (warm and humid ambient). So the solution is easy: Just change the way you perform yoga! Yoga mya be as much as creative, relaxing and helpful if it is performed in the fresh air, out side in nature. So go out and do not force your body to undergo useless stress. At the end, yoga is a harmony with the nature.
