Suggest Remedy For Low Testosterone Due To Hair Loss Pills

Hi doctor! I have been taking pills for hair loss and feel that side effect is lower testosterone and no sex drive anymore from pills? I tried having sex and could not get excited and an erection, got very discouraged as like this woman! How can I turn this problem around?

Hi!! you must be suffering from male pattern baldness and taking finasteride as the medicine for hair regrowth. Finasteride leads to sexual dysfunction like loss of libido and erectile dysfunction in 1-2 percent of the patients but dont take stress as these resolve on stopping the medicine. You can go for topical application of minoxidil 5 percent solution for hair loss as it wont cause these side effects.
