Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain

I am a 52 year old female and have had a hysterectomy years ago. I have been having lower abdominal pains for over 48 hours, it almost feels like contractions or colic type cramps that come and go. I have low energy and headache but no fever or chills. I first thought it was onset of diarrhea but it was not. I took milk of magnesia yesterday and today , but no relief but I do not feel like it is constipation either.
