Suggest Remedy For Lump Next To Bridge Of The Nose

Hi My 9 year old son has a lump below the skin, next to the bridge of his nose and just below the corner of his eye. It s been there a while and he says it is sometimes sore to touch - when pressed. There is no head and so no discharge. It is skin coloured. No redness.

Thanks for the query.
Better diagnosis can be made by watching the pictures.
Well the possibilities that i can think of are cystic acne, sebaceous cyst or even a rodent ulcer.
Now to come to the exact diagnosis, there are certain things that I would like to know from you.

Is the lesion continuously increasing in size or is there any history of regression by itself in between,or did it regress anytime during an antibiotic course?
Is there any history of any kind of discharge from the lesion?
Are there any other such lesions over rest of the face?

I am sure that i will be able to help you more once you provide me the above details

Waiting for your response.
Hope i helped you.
