I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Lumps with skin discoloration behind the ear shows base of skull fracture and it’s called battle sign. You are having dizziness and headaches but no serious signs and symptoms of head injury which includes loss of consciousness, vomiting, ear nose bleed. It appears to be mild head injury. However, you need to see a neurosurgeon, who after clinical examination may request a CT scan brain with bone window. This will show any fracture of the base of skull or any other pathology. Wishing you rapid recovery.
