Suggest Remedy For Lumps On The Foot With A Low Grade Fever

Hello, I was hit on the inside of my lower leg, just left of the shin about 4-5 weeks ago by a softball. Had a large lump with bruising that then went down my leg into by foot and cleared up in a couple weeks, lump was still there. Last night I started running a low grade fever and now today the lump is red, a little tender and warm to the touch.
