Leak in the lungs is mostly due to Bronchopleural Fistula (BPF).
And best treatment for this is VATS (Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery).
In Delhi, you can go to Medanta, AIIMS, Maulana Azad hospital for VATS surgery.
Usually Cardio thoracic surgeons are doing VATS
