Hello, i have brown coloured melasma on both my cheeks.. My dermatologist prescribed tyro nase plus cream... I have been using it for a couple of months now but i don t see any improvement... If anything, my melasma is getting more prominent.. What do u suggest??? I can really use some help here...
As per your complain Melasma is a chronic skin condition that causes formation of brownish black patches over the skin of face due to stimulation of Melanin producing cells known as Melanocytes to produce more Melanin pigment which is brownish black in colour.. Tyro nase plus cream is a depigmenting cream and is used to lighten the patches.. Along with it you can also use Kojic acid containing creams as they are safer for long term use and help in lightening the patches.. Avoid sun exposure.. For faster improvement Galvanic facials and micro Dermabrasion can help..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
