My period cramps are worse than ever before, they often prevent me from daily activities such as working but this time its even worse. I took midol and tried a hot bath to try to get rid of them but nothing is working. I am also nauseated and light headed. I can t sleep because of the pain and it is constant in my lower back and my lower abdomen goes through painful spurts. Should I go to the hospital?
