Suggest Remedy For Moist Anus, Itchiness And Drops Of Blood In Stools With No Help From Sitcom Tablets

Dear Sir, I was feeling the moist on my anus in every two - three hours after a good wash frequently. I had drops of blood in my stool several times. I have used Sitcom tablets for last 14 days. Still, I do not feel complete improvement. I still have the itching and I am not feeling comfortable. Please advise.

I appreciate your concern, here in your case chances of anal lesion is very likely it could be anal fissure, hemorrhoid, pin worm infestation and ulcerative condition if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days along with Mebendazole 100mg once in week (Three dosage one tablet per week) but most important is clinical observation for anal fissure and hemorrhoids because these condition may need surgical treatment or specific treatment according to clinical condition, hope this information helps.
