I have cramps and very tight muscles in my legs. Sometimes I will wake with muscle cramps so bad in my legs that I have to have help to get out of bed to stand up. I am taking Potassium tables but lately everyday I seem to have cramps in my legs most of the day.
hi, thanks for your query muscle cramps occur due to imbalance between the strength of your muscle and your activity level.
you should drink lots of water everyday( 10-12 glasses atleast). drink coconut water if you can eat bananas regularly Dip your legs in a bucket of hot water( temperature comfortable to you) 2-3 times a day. you can also take vitamin E capsules 2 times a day for a month
