Suggest Remedy For Nasal Congestion Caused By Dust Allergy

I have really bad allergies and I work with dust and dry wall so I m constantly blowing my nose and picking it. Today I felt like I had stuff in there so I for a flash light and got it out but noticed I have a huge hole/indent. Is there anyway that it ll heal or would I need to get cosmetic surgery?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that the stuff that was present inside the nose that you removed along with leaving a huge hole inside seems to be a Nasal polyp that can be probably seen in individuals with chronic allergies..

The level or severity of the damage or the size of hole needs to be evaluated and for this you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can also do a nasal endoscopy for proper evaluation..
In case if the injury is small it will gradually heal on its own..
Although polyps will not leave large deformations but in case if there is a large area of mucosal damage then surgical correction might be advisable..
The decision regarding treatment will be completely after a proper examination..
