Suggest Remedy For Nausea After Taking Prednisone For Fluid In My Ears
I was given prednisone for fluid in my ears. I took 40 mg for 2 days and 3 mg for the third I am supposed to take another day of 30 then 2 days of 20 and 2 days of 10. I have panic problems amyway and take zolfort dailey. the predisone is causing me to be panicky, jittery, nausiated. Can i go ahead and go to 20 today and 10 the next and get off this horrible drug?

Since the prednisolone is causing worsening of your mood symptoms , it would be best for you to discontinue it.
It can be tapered down as you suggested but it would be best to advise your doctor about the effects it is having and the need to discontinue it.
