Hi
Yes. you had bad
morning sickness. Good to know that the severity has reduced.
Try these tips to reduce
nausea.
-Eat frequent small quantity of meals. Eat what appeals to you. Don't drink water immediately after food. wait for half hour and then drink water.
-Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid food that has smell.
-Take ginger powder 250mg 6th hrly daily
-Some of them feel good after eating icecream first thing in the morning. try that.
-When you want to get up from lying down dont stand up suddenly.
first sit down for some time and then stand up.
I hope you are eating adequately. If you feel you are unable to eat adequately see your obstetritian. You need to take urine examintion to see if acetones are present in urine. If so you will need drip to give fluids. You may need tablets to reduce nausea.
Dont worry. In all probability you will be free from this nausea as you complete three months of
pregnancy.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
