Suggest Remedy For Neck Pain When Turning Head
Having neck pain when I turn head. Started when I woke up Saturday. Take it cause slept wrong. It feels like a pinch. At random times I feel dizzy, feverish, and nausues. Left side is where issue is. My head on left just feels heavy and hurts. Should I go to er for this?

Sounds like muscle spasm. Please take ibuprofen for pain relief. You can go to ER if the pain doesnt become tolerable by 2- 3 hrs.Give some warm compresses over the side of neck.
