Suggest Remedy For Negative Test Results For Thyroid,anemia

MY DAUGHTER JUST TURNED 15 AND HAS HAD HER PERIOD SINCE TURNING 12. SHE HAS SEVERE CRAMPS, IRREGULAR PERIODS, HEADACHES, MOOD SWINGS, FATIGUE AND HOT A LOT. OUR FAMILY DOCTOR JUST HAD HER TESTED FOR THYROID AND ANEMIA - BOTH NEGATIVE. NOT SURE WHERE TO GO FROM HERE, SUGGESTIONS?

I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. She could have some hormonal problems which are leading to irregular periods, mood swings and headaches. It is advisable to get her screened for hormonal issues and also for PCOS.

I suggest you consult a gynaecologist who would help you with a diagnostic workup. I advise you to relax and see the doctor as this problem is very much manageable provided you have a correct diagnosis.
