Suggest Remedy For Nerve Pulling Sensation During Sex With Premature Ejaculation

during sex i experience a nerve pulling sensation at the side of my right thigh and this causes premature ejaculation and pain in my right leg thigh,calf and foot.Dr could you suggest a remedy? i have mild varicose veins in my legs and is my sex problem caused due to this?
