Suggest Remedy For Nose Blockage
hi..sir..my nose is blocked due to some infection as well as a tiny muscle is developing inside my nose.I feel uneasy .For this blockage i hav to breath on one side of nose.Doctor prescribe me Telecast-l but i think i can be better with proper treatment.Please tell me a good solution Sir.

nasal blockage is usually allergic in nature, the pink flesh what you saw is known as inferior turbinate. It increases in size with allergic response.
If I were your doctor, I would have prescribed you mometasone nasal spray.(nasonex). These are local steroids which will improve the nasal blockage on a long run.
Surgery is the last option, where in turbinates can be reduced in size using a coblator.
