Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Back Left Portion Below Shoulder

Good am Doc a am Dave Roldan occassionaly i feel numbness in my back left portion below my shoulder and also numbness in my left started from the foot going up slowly to the thighs. By the way am a heart by=pass patient since 2001. These feelings it bothers me a lot. I had several hearts attacks too for the past 6 months now despite taking maintenance medicines. Please advice thank you doc.

hi dear. since you are an cardiac patient i will suggest you to go for regular check ups every three months if possible. get your vitamin b level checked...numbness can happen even in vitamin deficiency. you can take supplements .. its always safe to rule out any cardiac cause. maintain a healthy diet and do some light cardio workout after consulting your docter. hope my answer has helped you. do rate my answer. thank you
