Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Lower Legs With Left Arm And Hand

I am a 42 year old male. 6'2" tall. 205 lbs. I walk/job about a mile and half four times a week and eat relatively health. My toes/feet have been feeling cold/numb for a month or so. It was mild at first but now has become a big annoyance. Now it is moving into my lower legs and my left hand and arm are feeling tingly at times. I had a physical for the first time in 10 years about 6 months ago and was told to lose 10 lbs to help reduce my blood pressure which is now normal. I am also taking cholesterol meds which is now normal as well(due to the meds). Other than that, everything was fine. It is possible I had undetected relatively high blood pressure and cholestrol for several years. The cold/numb feeling is worst when sitting at work. Doesn't bother me while sleeping. Excercise seems to help slightly but comes right back. Any ideas?
