Suggest Remedy For Open Sores In Dogs Feet

My dog has an open sore on his foot with his bone exposed. Can this cause edema? The same leg is very swollen so he is not walking to much the past few days. The dog also has DM. Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for your dog's diseases. There may be severe infection with a deep ulcer on its leg which might spread to other parts of the body. The early and fast recovery is essential, for that dog should be treated immediately.

You should consult a veterinary doctor for your dog's ailment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
