Suggest Remedy For Overactive Saliva Glands With Sour Taste
I have, what I suspect to be, over active saliva glands. It s really bad at night and sometimes during the day. It s as if I have put a lemon in my mouth and it s painful in that way. It s hard to sleep and the sour taste is terrible. What should I do?
helloo...read thru ur query...i must say that atleast ur lucky that u are having saliva(many people have no saliva which causes more problems than this)..but dont worry..saliva secretion is very good in a dentist point of view as it causes very less decay of teeth and more clean tooth..but as u said its problematic for u there are medications which can reduce secretion(but i wont suggest u should go for medication if i were in ur position)..if i was in yr position yes it is difficult but i would have adjusted with this salivation...its upto u to have medication or not or u can go for surgical removal of salivary gland...u can go to an oral surgeon and get the treatment done..in my view its good for ur oral cavity if u can adjust with it its best solution...it all depends on ur mind...be happy..hope ur benefitted somethi.g from this reply..have a healthy day!!
