Suggest Remedy For Pain And Burning Sensation In Foot

I have plantar fascitis. I had a cortisone injection yesterday. Today I felt a pop in the bottom of my foot and hear a loud crunch. It was very painful. The pain is subsided a bit but it is definitely more painful (with a burning sensation) than it was before that happened.

hi. I have read your question and understand your concern.

the pop feeling and crunch sound you are mentioning are quite characteristic of ligament tear. pain is also a feature. although there is no relation with cortisone injection.

I suggest you see your orthopedician and get examined. you might need an MRI foot for confirmation of Diagnosis.

meanwhile you should rest the part, do not bear weight. take painkillers like diclofenac seratiopeptidase combination. it will decrease the pain and also inflammation.

hope this was helpful. for any further information please get back to us. thanks.
