Suggest Remedy For Pain And Itching When Suffering From Piles
I have a piles problem with fisher. Some times a blood come with my stool. I am in great pain and itching. I took deflon 500 mg and some cream but its all in vain help me in this regard. I also took fruits and my stool is not hard except that I feel too much pain while passing stool. This happened before and after periods.

Hi, you have not mentioned about the degree of piles because the degree type will decide whether to go conservative or surgical.
Piles with fissure treatment:
Antibiotics from quinolone group and anti protozoal with anaerobic bacteria covrage.
Apply corticosteroid (anovate cream)cream or ointments at anal area,
Antiinflammatory and antihistamines,
Hot seitz bath,
Sit naked in warm water for 15 minutes everyday.
If 3 or 4 degree piles then surgery is mandatory.
