Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think you are having ulnar nerve compression in the elbow. To confirm this diagnosis I would recommend you to show it to a neurologist and if there is any nerve compression is present then treatment can be done according to severity of the pressure. Some time there is loose ulnar nerve positioning in which nerve keep on moving with every movement. This also causes pain in wrist, elbow and forearm . I would also recommend you to take Pregabalin and Methylcobal for pain relief. If pain is very bad then Medrol tablet is also helpful. If this treatment is not working and pain is continuously increasing then surgery might be an option.
