Hello,
You have not mentioned if you are diabetic. Your symptoms are indicative of diabetic ulcers,
psoriasis or STD like psoriasis, herpes or syphilis. You are advised to get clinically examined by a
urologist. Get STD tests done. If tests are positive, you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals. For relief, you can take
acetaminophen or naproxen, one stat after food to reduce pain and inflammation.
Psoriasis is commonly treated with cool compress, antibiotics, UV
light therapy and you can apply ointments like psoriasis moistening cream / ointment. You may require taking
oral antibiotics. Diabetic ulcers are treated with medications, a balanced diet, physical activity, and other lifestyle changes. Keep your blood sugar level under control at all cost. Maintain hygiene and wear loose fitting soft cotton clothes. You are advised not to indulge in any kind of sexual activity.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
