Suggest Remedy For Pain And Stiffness In Ear

sir i am suffering with osmf problem since last 1 year and i am not able to open my mouth more than 3.5 cm and i am getting lot of pain in my left side ear where the osmf is effected. and also stiffness in the same side of the ear. please suggest me good medicine for this proble.---murthy

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Oral sub mucosal fibrosis, with thick bands( trismus( difficulty in mouth opening) ), resistent to injections and antioxidants can be managed with surgery ( by removing fibrotic bands, augmenting the muscle slings).


ear pain due to osmf can be managed with pain killers and anti neuralgic medications.
