Suggest Remedy For Pain And Sweating In Hands And Feet In Summer Season

Hi my name is Betty I am 27 and weight about 125 pounds,my question is for the pass 2 years and always around summer time I started getting bad circulation in my hands and feet and its beginning to be very painful cause they get sweaty and num I cant do anything and when I try to still do something its even worse my hands swell up and sweat none stop,plzhelp what can it be and how can I make this go away?
