Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.

After going through your query in my opinion it is muscular pain due to injury as you are bitten by something.

In acute stage rest and analgesics is its treatment.

But you said that the pain has traveled down your leg to my foot. There is swelling in your foot, ankle and lower leg

So i suspect develop you developed cellulitis (if you have fever)

I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query.
