Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In The Testicles

Hi i'm 39 years old by birth my right tastical was'nt at the right position so at the age of 11 with the opration doctors move it down but not there where it use to be it is in the middle not even in the bag they said this is the best they can do after that life gose on got married at the age of 32 i hv three doughters,But now from last 6 weeks i hv swear sweet pain in it some time's i feel it is moving into my right kidney i cant cough properley as i feel my right tastical gona move down and i think its a bit swell as well please tell me what to do

1.Symptoms seems like an infection / inflammation, which can be treated by a course of antibiotics.
2.In your case, since you are post operative, it is strongly suggested to get a followup with your doctor if there are any complications.
3.Get an ultrasound scrotum done which will give exact picture what and where is the problem after that it can be treated accordingly.
