Suggest Remedy For Pain And Tenderness In Testicles

mam am 23 yrs old and not married .for the past 5 yrs am doing hand job daily . now am feeling pain in my left ball and it hanging than the right and also a nervous are develoveped around the ball when i touch it.. priscribe me some medicine for this

1.The symptoms suggest possible cause could be inflammatory disease of the testis.
2.In the case pain and tenderness will be seen in the testis with out obvious lesion / mass.
3.Left lower hanging than right, its normal variation in the testicles in any individuals - not at all worry about it.
4.Ultrasound is investigation of choice in the testicular pathology.
5.Ultrasound will detect the possible causes, its blood supply, free fluid, mass lesions and so on. Get appointment and needful treatment. Good luck.
