Suggest Remedy For Pain Caused By Gastric Reflux
trying to find some direction on finding the cause of chronic epigastric pain that radiates to the upper back. I have had 3 fundoplications(two were done incorrectly) along with a laparoscopic cholecystecomty and pyloroplasty due to delayed gastric emptying. Due to the face the pain is present when the stomach is totally empty - it is felt not to be related to emptying. The pain is somewhat relieved by gastric outlet dilatations and it has been suggested to revise the pyloroplasty but before proceeding to yet another surgery I want to rule everything out that is possible
