Brief:
Pain will take time to go

Detailed:

Hi
Wellcome to health care magic.
I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad and i will be looking into you question,i have read it completely and understand what you are asking,as you told you are getting better with time ..its becauee the cause of pain which is the scyst is getting better.

When is the pain expected to go:
IN my opinion as your cycts keeps regressing the pain will get beter with it and will vanish as you get rid of the cyst.

How to deal with it:
Local methods
(1) Local pain killer creams like brufen.
(2) Cold therapy ...rubing ice to the are

Systamic medication: if i were your doctor i would use a steo by step approach according to degree of pain..
(1) in start we use NSAIDS like Tylenol 325 thrice daily for mild pain it can go to 500 mg thrice daily.
(2) If it wasnt enough i would have added mil opioid like tramadol starting from lower dose then increasing.

WHAT TO DO?:
(1) Take your antibuotics regularly
(2) Use over yhe counter pain killer like Tylenol or PAnadol (preferably wothout caffeine)
If that works , well and good otherwise contact your doctor to discuss pain relieving options as pain relief is very important in cardiac care
