Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that this can be due to neurological problem. It can be in spine or in the blood. It is common in smokers. I would suggest you following.
1. Quit smoking and alcohol.
2.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily at night time.
3.Meet a neurologist and discuss your case. He can get spine MRI to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
