Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of going to gym, pain in and around lower abdomen, feeling full all the time, not feeling like eating, occurs in winters only.
This is suggestive of the following reasons:
Since this is seasonal, there is something that you are eating in winter that is causing the problems like as you say can not tolerate bread.
This may be an allergy to gluten or so.
I would advise you teh following:
- Make a list of the foods and the beverages that instigate or enhance the problems and stop them altogether, this is the simplest exercise you have to do at home. Prevention is better than cure.
- Tests of stool, blood and urine help further to get a proper diagnosis.
Ultrasonography and /or CT scan and colonoscopy are done to rule out any serious problems.
Get an appointment of a Gastroenterologist for further clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get an appropriate treatment.
