Suggest Remedy For Pain In Lower Buttock

I do gymnastics, and I did a split, I do them often, but when I did this one I felt a pull and heard a couple cracks. There is pain in by lower right buttock and a tingling sensation from my thigh to the bottom of my foot. Any movement hurts on a scale from 1-10, I say about a 7... What is this? And what are the steps I need to do to heal?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having sciatica. It can be overstrained sciatic nerve or can be as a result of disc prolapse. Bed rest is its treatment. You have not mentioned your age to predict the cause. Mecobalamine will be useful in relieving the tingling sensations . You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help me.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
