Also if I don't have sex or masturbate in 2 days my lower scrotum starts to hurt and can hurt for several hours. the longest I have gone with out masterbation for many years is one week and the pain just doesn't go away! What do I do It's driving me crazy i want to quick but I can't it hurts!
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of ''blue balls'' getting sometimes after sex. There is pain in lower scrotum if you do not have sex or masturbation in 2 days. All these indicate for a possible blockage of the vas deference. I would advise you the following: - Color doppler and ultrasonography examination. - Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist. This will help to correlate the findings and come to a conclusive diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made the treatment is possible to get you the results which most probable will be surgical. Be prepared for surgery and get it done.
